Privacy Policy for Equidamus Trading LLC is currently under legal review. The summary below reflects current practice; binding final language will replace it after counsel review.

We collect only the information you provide (email on the waitlist; name, email, and trading background on application). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Operational sub-processors: Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS / CDN), Sentry (error monitoring), Plausible (cookieless analytics). Each processes only the data required to deliver the service.
